Rooms for Hire

The Cafe/Kitchen seats 24-30 people with kitchen facilities and TV. It is suitable for small training sessions, breakout room, demonstrations, watching national events and small social or club gatherings. It is opposite the Main Hall, so has full disabled access, and it can be used to provide catering for larger events.

The Committee Room can seat up to 25 people and has a flexible table arrangement making this room suitable for small presentations, committee meetings, etc. This room has good natural lighting and is on the upper floor of the building.

The Arts and Crafts room can seat up to 15 people. It has a deep stainless steel sink making it ideal for art/messy projects. Please note this room is not fully accessible due to four steps leading down into the room, although there is a hand rail.

Our Main Hall has been refurbished with acoustic panels which greatly improve the sound quality. It has a sloping stage and a capacity of 132 seated guests. It is suitable for sports activities, large meetings and presentations, concerts, theatre, receptions and coffee mornings. Being on the street level with wide doors, it has full disabled access. Ladies and Gents toilets and a dedicated accessible toilet are just across the corridor.

Lesser Hall is located on the upper floor of our building. It has a dividing partition which can create two separate rooms or one large space making this room very versatile. This room can seat up to 35 in each half, it has great natural lighting and can be used for dance, sports activities, receptions, large meetings and training sessions. Please note: There is no lift to the upper floor.

The Learning Centre has 10 networked computers, coloured printer and internet access,overhead electronic projector and screen. There is a flexible arrangment of tables and is suitable for training seminars and presentations for up to 30 people, the computers can also be hired on a hourly basis with the use of printing facilities. There is also wheelchair access to this room.
